Aside from a new exciting flavor added to the Jolly Crispy Fries roster, the fastfood brand is welcoming actress and host Jasmine Curtis-Smith to the growing Jollibee family.

“I’m ecstatic and over the moon,” gushed the 22-year-old actress. “Six years into my career and my dream of working with Jollibee finally happened. Everyone loves the brand and to be the face of something that I genuinely and naturally love makes me feel very thankful.”

The Filipino-Australian Jasmine has a truly Pinoy palate, with an innate fondness for Jollibee. “We’ve always been a family that loves Jollibee,” she related. “My mom gave me a Jolly Kids Party, and even when we were living in Australia we craved for Jollibee, and there were no branches there yet!”

“So when we were in the States, pinuntahan pa rin namin ‘yung Jollibee sa Los Angeles kahit na I was moving to the Philippines,” said Jasmine. “It’s like a landmark that you have to visit, especially if you’re Filipino.”

Jasmine is joining DJ and TV host Nikko Ramos, as well as YouTube vloggers Wil Dasovich and Janina Vela as key influencers for the Jolly Crispy Flavored Fries campaign. Dasovich and Vela led the product’s launch campaign in April 2016.

As one of the first few who tried the Savory BBQ fries ahead of the entire nation, the actress is excited for her family, friends, and fans to spice up their meals and merienda with the new product. “I’m always looking for something savory to eat,” admitted Jasmine. “These fries hit the right spots. I always look for the taste in food e, and how good it feels when I eat it!”

Jollibee premieres yet another episode to its heart-warming series for Grandparent’s Day





Jollibee, the country’s number one fast food chain, produces another made-for-digital material that pays tribute to the never-ending love and support grandparents shower their apos.

In the span of 150 seconds, “Kahera” shows the story of a young restaurant cashier’s seemingly awkward encounters with an elderly customer. The older woman never fails to comment on the young cashier’s every move; from her crooked nameplate to the way she speaks, no details seem to escape the older woman’s scrutiny. The video concludes with a touching revelation that sometimes, one does not need to look far for guidance and love.

Inspired by real-life experiences of Jollibee customers, the Kwentong Jollibee campaign recounts the many heartwarming stories of Filipinos, whose special moments are made more memorable by this well-loved Pinoy brand.

Kahera” is the latest addition to the roster of relatable stories in the Kwentong Jollibee series. Previous video releases include “Almusal,” “Tagpuan,” “Jabee,” “Mama’s Girl” for Mother’s Day, and “Entrance Exam” for Father’s Day, which illustrated a variety of truly Pinoy experiences involving the ones that matter the most: loved ones, good food, and consistently thoughtful signature Alagang Jollibee.

JaDine shares new Forever Love with fans

 #TeamReal, Jollibee throws kilig get-together at SM Mall of Asia

To celebrate their new Forever Love, James Reid and Nadine Lustre (popularly known as the on- and off-screen love team JaDine), together with Jollibee, the nation’s number one fastfood brand, surprised their avid followers with the New Forever Love Fans Day on August 3, 2016 at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall in Pasay City.
Filled with special performances and fun activities, the event also allowed JaDinenians to ask their idols about their relationship, where the love birds gamely revealed the sweet and spicy side of their relationship since being officially together over five months ago.
James shared that Nadine has done a lot of things that he finds so sweet like the surprises she prepared for his last birthday. For her part, Nadine says James is also sweet in his own way, and what she finds as the sweetest gesture he did for her was when he wrote a song for her.
Aside from enjoying kilig moments, the two added that their being both fun-loving and adventurous further spices up their relationship.
“We have been traveling a lot together for work and being able to do a lot of adventures during these travels really adds spice to our relationship. Our latest one was when we went to New York where we were able to do a lot of things. Adding excitement to our relationship as well is the difference in our personality – like she’s a morning person while I am an evening person – so there’s the challenge of finding middle ground to make it work,” said James.
JaDine said that they also bond a lot over food such as their #NewForeverLove – the NEW Sweet-Spicy BBQ Burger Steak, which is made of 100 percent pure beef patty topped with Sweet-Spicy BBQ sauce and corn kernels and served with steamed rice.  Prior to the newest twist to the leading fastfood chain’s well-loved Burger Steak, JaDine had also shared kilig moments over the Jollibee Classic Burger Steak, which they have dubbed as their “Forever Love.”  
“We love both the Classic and the Sweet-Spicy BBQ Burger Steak. It is also real to say that ‘sweet-spicy’ describes the kind of relationship that we have now – nakaka-kilig sa sweet and delightfully spicy,” said Nadine.

Stoop Bagnet Ilocos | A Mouthwatering Ilocos Cuisine Experince

Quezpn City, Philippines - Last April 26, I was invited for a treat from Stoop Bagnet Ilocos to taste their Bagnet special in their Quezon City area. I was very excited to taste what Stoop can offer in comparison to the different Bagnet house in the Philippines. 
As i enter inside the place it very noticeable that the place is set up for a small number of people inside the room. The table and chair resembled a typical fastfood restaurant in the Philippines , although this kind of setup is what the Filipino love the most, intimate and quick-to-go.
What is special about this place is their condiments. Bagoong Ilocos (Boneless Bagoong Sauce) and Sukang Ilocos (Cane Vinegar) all natural/ no preservation will remind you of what it is like to be in Ilocos. If you want your taste-bud to experience the real taste of Ilocos with Bagnet together with their special sauce, i recommend you to try their food. 
As a promo they are currently having a Buy 1 Take 1 promo for their silog meal 

Another that you should try  is their Sizzling Bagnet for Php 180 only and Bagnet Bossing if one meal is not enough for you. 

I tried their bagnet meal with KKB, you can choose from this following side dishes:  KBL( Kamatis, Bagoong, Lasuna), KKB ( Kamatis, Talbos ng Kamote, Bagoong), TBA (Talong, Bagoong, Alamang), Indulge yourself after with their Fruit Salad Icecream.  
The inspiration of putting up Stoop Bagnet Ilocos, a restaurant serving authentic Ilocano cuisine stemmed from Jay Seneres’ acquired taste and craving for Ilocano food. He was then working for an airline company. Upon the invitation of his good friend and co-worker Galen Cid, they would spend vacation from work at Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Galen’s hometown. Galen’s mother would cook adobo Ilokano, Igado, dinengdeng and pinakbet from fresh meats and vegetables from them. Jay was introduces to bagoong with talbos ng kamote, kamatis and lasuna (native onions) – to empanada, sukang Ilokos, longanisa, atbp. And the most unforgettable of them all-the bagnet! Jay was hooked.

In Manila, Jay would search for restaurants serving Ilocano food – but found no good ones. Frustrated, he suggested to Galen, that they open an Ilocano restaurant. The two friends agreed that they just needed a good business plan, a good product packaging and a good presentation for the concept to materialize. Still keeping their airline jobs, they decide to go for it! They came up with the name “Stoop Bagnet Ilocos”. “Stoops” is actually a funny moniker they and their close friends call each other – coined word that means “buddy”.

Thus, in March 2008, the first Stoops Bagnet Ilocos fast food restaurant was opened along 1021 Pablo Ocampo St. (Vito Cruz) corner Arellano St. Malate, Manila. For two years the first Stoops branch gained a foothold serving  good tasting bagnet and other Ilocano dishes at affordable prices with fast and reliable service. Owing to a growing customer following, a second branch was opened in August of 2010, a third was opened in Legarda St. Sampaloc, Manila. For six years, the three branches have been in operation under Stoop Bagnet Ilocos Company, a partnership formed by the two founders.

In May 2014, Jay Seneres, realizing the good potential of the business decided to franchise the Stoop brand and concept. He formed a new company – SBI Franchise System Inc. to handle the franchise business of Stoop Bagnet Ilocos. The Corporation will manage all future expansion of the brand.

New Jollibee ads showing lasting love affair with Pinoys debut this Valentine’s Day




February 14, 2014 -- Capturing the country’s largest fast food chain’s enduring love affair with generations of Filipinos, Jollibee’s four new made-for-digital videos are now available for viewing online in time for Valentine’s Day celebration. To tug at viewers’ heartstrings are stories inspired by real-life experiences that all show how Jollibee has played a meaningful role in the lives of Pinoys. 
During the exclusive media premier held at My Cinema in Greenbelt 3, members of the press were treated to an advanced viewing of 4 heart warming “Mga Kuwentong Pilipinong pinasarap ng Jollibee” videos  

Jollibee Global Brand Chief Marketing Officer Francis E. Flores said, “Every Pinoy  can relate to the TV ads as they are based on real stories from our customers. They depict the everyday lives of Filipinos and how they express their love to their families, and the role that Jollibee plays in making each memory more memorable.” 

The stories are told through the eyes of a real-life and long-time store manager, who through 22  years have seen more than her fair share of families bonding at Jollibee, which has served as a happy second home for most Filipinos. This is captured in the omnibus video which ties all the stories together.    

The “ALMUSAL” video  features an old couple who regularly gets breakfast at Jollibee, getting the same meals as part of their daily morning routine. The story takes a bitter sweet twist as the husband carries on the breakfast tradition with their daughter when the wife passes away.

 
The “TAGPUAN” video features a young boy who got lost in the mall and was found by his mom at Jollibee. The story capitalizes on accounts of real moms’ precautionary practice of telling their kids to go to the nearest Jollibee store if they get separated at the mall.

Emphasizing how Jollibee’s influence is strongest among kids, the “JABEE” TVC features a toddler who’s first word is “Jabee” (baby talk for ‘Jollibee’), and he utters this line all throughout the day, signifying his fondness for the brand.
